Hello,

I've never bought a power supply tester before and Im unsure of which model to go for. I require it for testing a friends power supply under the suspicion that the PSU is causing the problem. I would swap test but he's accross the water.

I have no details of his system unfortunatly.

I have a Thermaltake Dr. Power, a little primative but does the job, was under £10

Yeah seen them on **** and was kind of thrown off by the price. I was expecting them to be a little more in price. Question is do they stress test? or will it just test standard input through each rail?

LOL can i not mention other retailers here... opps

All it does is power the PSU on and confirms there is power on each rail no load nothing fancy

i've used this (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/Xilence+ATX+PSU+Tester+with+LCD+Display?productId= 28384) before, but it doesnt stress, just tests to see if its works, no stress testing
