Order stuck in Processing...Mine too......

I placed the following order and have noticed it too has been stuck in processing for almost a week after expecting it within 2 working days as advertised.

ORDER; EC1208604 - 31. January 2010

Please advise as to whats going on in the factory & when I can expect delivery. Thanks.

i have moved this to your own thread m8 as it should make it easier and quicker for cserve to help you here.

its getting on in the day now so im not sure if they will see it but im sure they will in the morning and sort you out then :)
