I asked for a refund on 22nd jan by email for an item what i had sent back has it was faulty, i heard nothing , so last week , i rung up and was told to email, have emailed again last week and not got a reply , emailed again yesterday still no reply up to now, how long is it going to take before i get an answer and my money back. Will probably think twice about ordering again if it takes any longer , goods arrive ok, but customer service is bad
