Order stuck in Processing...

Hi,

Placed the following order for next day delivery and its stuck in status processing, sent a message to customer services via your contact page on the main website and still had no reply as of now 03/02/10.

I know mistakes/problems can happen, but a reply from customer services to tell me what's happening would have been nice.:mad:

Checked online bank for the payment and the money has been taken for the order and have used the same card details and delivery address for loads of orders in the past.

It may have entered the delivery system.

This happened to me recently. (See message "Still snowing...?) An order was still "processing" some days after I had been using the kit.

Pm one of the chaps in customer service and/or Gibbo. I think theres still issues with the email service so a quick call would probably help no end too.

Sorry for the delay on the order, the paperwork has been reprinted and this will be leaving us today for delivery tomorow.

Got a email saying goods have been sent now and are out for delivery :)
