Last week I sent two requests to cancel this order in accordance with clause 7 of your terms and conditions by messaging on this page: http://www.aria.co.uk/Support/Contact+Aria and yesterday I sent a chaser to cserv@aria.co.uk but I have not yet received a response. Please can you contact me with an RMA number and return address?
