Please see my order stated below, which was placed today. I have noticed that you have charged me more than what was advertised on your website. I thought it was a special offer at £140.99 ,instead of £152.74.
I am a first time buyer and would appreciate it if you could refund the difference. Many thanks

Thank you for your email. I realize what I have done, although your website is very confusing and really it would be better if you have a supersaver that day on a product to quote only one price.
However, I do appreciate your gesture in refunding me the difference.
I have not received the refund yet and was wondering when I would get this?

Regarding before 5 PM order, still been charged £12 for next day delivery.:mad:
Mate i dont work for aria, but is it possible that they might have just missed your last post? I own a forum also and I know how it is, sometimes there are that many threads you can miss them!

First of all please let me apologise that you have not received the refund yet that we have agreed on.
I have just looked in to this issue for you and the £11.75 was put on your Aria account as a credit and not marked as a refund.
This was myself that did this and I am sorry about the mistake here.
I have now marked the credit as a refund and emailed our accounts manager to refund the amount today.
The refund should take about 3 to 4 working days to show in your bank account.
