Hey,
While I'm doing some dev work, I usually have Visual Studio full screen on my 22", and SQL Server Management Studio on my right 15". When I'm developping however, I need to have chat and web accessible, preferably without having to minimize stuff.
For that reason, I've grabbed another 15" LCD that was lying around my house, but the problem is I have a HD4870: Which has 2 DVI-D ports and 1 S-Video port. I don't have an S-Video adapter, and the 2 DVI-D ports will of course only serve 2 monitors (For reference, I have 2x VGA, and 1x HDMI - all plugged into DVI-D to xxxx converters).
My question is,
The product linked at the top of the thread, will that duplicate my DVI signal and thus send the same image to 2x monitors. Or will it allow me to extend 2 seperate desktops from the same DVI-D port?
Thanks.
