I can see that we have posted your postage refund to your account and is just waiting for our accounts team to process the refund now.
I will speak to our accounts team and get this processed today for you.
Please allow 3 to 4 working days for the refund to show in your account.

well, this is being quite annoying, I've tried to contact ARIA several times about this issue and until now, no refund.

Can someone explain what is happening ?
