Not 240v type cables but instead things like these...
24pin atx extension cables.
8pin EPS extensions
8pin pci-e extensions
6pin pci-e extensions
6+2pin pci-e extensions
Looking for these sort of things can be a pain and may require shopping elsewhere.
They are good for cable management and also for braiding which leaves the PSU warrenty intact as a result.

And to add a further cable to that list that's very similar, those cables that turn 2x 6pin PCI-E into an 8pin PCI-E are really difficult to find too.
And, how are they good for braiding while leaving the warranty intact?

braiding a £4 adaptor cable doesnt hurt if you make a mistake.
Brainding a PSU to find its faulty is heart breaking. Youve spent all that time braiding and now youve got to put it all right. Its not ideal!

I don't really understand what you mean tbh. Am i just being thick? Do you use that as training or something? :P
I bought an ATX power cable extension, fully braided, from aria a couple of weeks ago...

Lol, fair enough. Thats one of the cables yes but th others are the ones Im interested in really as are a fair few folk that like to keep things tidy.
Ill find an example of a computer with the cables braided how I mean and then you will know what I mean when I say braiding the extensions.

That does actually look very good! I've never seen cables braided seperately before tbh and I've only ever bought PSUs that were already braided.
I bought a 24pin psu extension from aria, it came braided. :) I also needed an 8pin extension which aria didn't have so I was forced to go elsewhere! :|

Ive gone mad with braiding in my PC but thats OTT:rofl:
I do find that cable to be the worst though as they never braid right up to the end:cry
why do psu manufactures go to all the trouble of braiding psu cables then the ends of the wires are showing, the ends are the the part that stick out like a sore thumb tbh, the braided parts hare hidden in / around / behind the case / tray
e.g. like this:

i know its difficult to braid the 24 pin to the end as it widens up at the connector but its no excuse for the other cables
They should be fully modular (inc 24pin). You can braid what you like then as you don't have to return the modular cables for an rma :)

Depends on the manufacturer though ;)
I've kicked my rig under my desk & given up on how it looks, as long as it is quiet & cool I don't care now lol.
that's how I feel today anyway.
When I get a fan controller, hopefully soon, I am going to attempt to tidy my case slightly more. It is not a bad effort at all for me! A modular PSU would help so much though...... Gibbo... :D
