Is it still snowing where you are?

An order placed at the beginning of the week seems to be stuck at "Processing".

Everything was in stock when I ordered. Still is as far as I can see.

There was no great hurry on this order, but four days of inaction means that it will arrive well after the promised delivery schedule.

What is the current average processing time?

It turns out that Aria's web system is useless. The order is still showing as Processing, and promises to let me track the order when it is despatched.

Just one problem, it turned up this morning.

What is the point of showing the status of orders if it isn't kept up to date?

Hi Please can you confirm your order number so that we can investigate this for you. Normally you would have also been sent a despatch email when the order left our warehouse.
