View Full Version : EC1193202 - tried to cancel and was ignored
My order has been delayed over a month due to the item not being available, despite it showing as in stock when I ordered. Within a couple of days of placing the order I was given the option of an inferior model at a higher price, or waiting for the model I ordered. No suggestion that I could cancel. I informed Aria that I wished to cancel the order twice through email and once through the website but have not received a response. I tried calling but nobody answers and I'm not waiting on the phone for hours, paying more money, on the off chance someone finally picks up the phone.
The order status changed to shipped a week ago but has not arrived, nor have I not received a refund. What is happening with this order?

Yep seems like something gone very wrong here.
Also the website uses a live stock system, if it says in stock it really is unless the stock has actually gone missing from the warehouse or something went wrong with the systems but generally the stock system is very accurate and realtime.
As Tystar has said will make sure relevent people look at this tomorrow.

im sorry to hear about your issues but im sure now that you have posted here it will be quickly sorted. as im sure your aware there will be no staff about at this time as its nearly half eleven but i have no doubt once they open again in the morning someone will be on to help you with this.

Your order has been marked for a refund and is just waiting on our accounts team to process the refund.
I will have a chat with the accounts manager today and get your refund processed today.
Please allow 3 to 4 days for the refund to show in your bank account.

I can now see that our accounts team processed your refund on Thursday and it should show in your bank account any time up to next Tuesday.
If you have not received it by then please let me know and I will look in to it for you.
