Hi
I bought a 1TB samsung f3 HD On 17th dec,
This was to go into a new build pc for my son for xmas,
But after testing it on 3 different computers found it was Dead On Arrival.
I returned it on 20th december
It was found to be DOA by aria tech,
And was replaced,
I then E-Mailed the postage receipt to cserve@aria.co.uk (cserve@aria.co.uk)
But my postage has still not been refunded,
I sent the receipt to you 10 days ago If my postage is not returned within the next 7 days
I will persue this through the small claims court.
It is bad enough receiving a Dead HD,
But to welch out of repaying the customers return postage is underhand,
I will not be purchasing again from Aria. :mad:

Shall get the guys to get this sorted tomorrow for you.

THey are not trying to get out of paying you, but cserve emails have gone un-answered due to an internal issue which as of next week will hopefully be resolved.

Thanks for your reply will give it 7 days
If no refund is forthcoming I will use the small claims court,
Looking on the aria forum complaints are now the norm,
I will not be buying anything again from Aria.

You said that the cserve e-mail were not getting through in your reply,
And that you would get someone to sort out my refund.
But if cserve have not read my e-mail which included proof of postage charges, then how can they know what the postage charges are That I am reclaiming ? :mad:

Your refund for you postage cost was processed on the 13th by the customer service team and is waiting on our accounts team to refund the amount.
I will got on to our accounts team this morning to refund it today.
Please allow 3 to 4 days for the refund to show in your bank account.

Thankyou to the customer service team the postage has now been credited to my account thankyou. :)
