Still awaiting RMA number

I think I have a faulty graphics card, which I purchased recently. I went the returns process online and was told I would be sent an RMA number within 24 hours, but I haven't recieved one yet. This was a few days ago now.

My order number is :SORC174486

It's the Radeon HD 4890 that is giving me problems.

What's the problem with it?

It's overheating and shutting my system down. It's hitting 60-70 degrees idle and 90+ in games. It was fine for the first few months but then the problems started.

I switched back to my old card and that never gets above 60 degrees. I'm fairly certain the Radeon is faulty.

As this was a counter purchase please just pop in to the returns counter and we can have a look at the item for you.
The returns counter is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 10am to 3pm.
