Seriously, when did these stop selling?
I was planning on buying one for my new rig (http://www.lucyslair.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=1655) but apparently I can't.

AM2 are 940 pin :wink: so no need to worry about 939 being discontinued

plus as everyone else on here will most likely say....C2D is the way forward

I'm just so ****ed. I bought a brand new pc about a year ago, expecting to upgrade mobo and gfx card at this time. And now I need to buy a new CPU aswell?!

I think I killed 939 :oops:

Seems a few weeks after I upgraded my mob went discontinued the 939 died..luckily my mobo also supports ddr2 and AM2 as well as pci-e


So always try to find out what I'm planning to upgrade and buy the opposite :wink:
