I ordered a 16Gb Arianet Silver Spirit Flip Pen Drive set to be shipped to a friends address back in December, it was out of stock at the time. After about 2 weeks or so I emailed asking if it was possible to switch to this one (https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Peripherals/Memory+Portable/USB+Pen+Drives/16GB+Arianet+USB+2.0+Pen+Drive?productId=34376) instead and never received a reply.

Checking today I find the order status to shipped, I have no idea when this change occurred, but I know nothing has been received.

The usb stick I ordered is no longer listed.

I've always had great service from here, so I'm hoping it can continue :)

Hi, the order is still in our warehouse as the item is not available, it appears an issue with the site has marked the order as shipped when it has not actually shipped.

To resolve the matter we can offer to replace the pen drive with the one shown below.
