Sent a message via the website on 29 Dec asking what was happening about my order - no reply received.
Sent an email to sales and customer service on 30 Dec - no reply received.
Phoned customer service on 4 Jan - was told the order would be put on a wagon that day and I should receive it on 5 Jan.
Phoned customer service on 6 Jan - was told that CityLink was delayed by snow and that it would be put on the next wagon. I specifically asked if the order had been picked and was told a definitive 'Yes', it was just waiting to go on a wagon.
Phoned customer service on 7 Jan - was told that the paperwork for the order had been lost and that it would be reprinted and that the order would be put on a wagon that day and that I should receive it today (8 Jan).
So far 2 emails have been ignored and at least 2 customer service people have at best fobbed me off and at worst lied to me. It remains to be seen whether or not the 3rd customer service guy has actually done anything effectual.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can spur Aria into fulfilling my order? As you can imagine, I am somewhat less than impressed with their performance so far.
