Hello, sorry to bother you but is it possible to give me the Citylink tracking number for EC1199587. I did receive it by e-mail but am at work at the moment and trying to chase up the delivery, or lack of.

If you can find your SORW ref number then that can be used on the City Link site to track your delivery.
If not im sure someone will PM you with it soon, as im not in today to get it for you.

Many thanks, I do have the SORW number and can confirm that it works on the Citylink tracking site

Not to sure about the tracking number but you can find your EC and SORW ref numbers there if the order was placed online.

Yes that's where I found my order reference and tried that on the tracking page but it didn't work. The SORW number is a little less prominent and I hadn't thought to try it.
