i got a disspatch confirmation mail yesterday on an order from friday last week, when i check the city link site it said it didnt exist but i know it can take time for them to get it into their system. so i thought it might just turn up this morning and as yet it still hasnt but it still hasnt appreared on their site either.

anybody know anything about order # EC1189668

Cserv should be open till 5pm?

I've checked and it looks like order was placed on 1-2 day delivery @ 3pm ish on Friday. So it missed Friday and next collection by citylink is today.

It should be delivered tomorrow and tracking number should also work in the morning.

Standard carriages are normally next day apart from this time of year when its very busy and they can take the 1-2 days. :)

i know but what i was concerned about was the tracker number still not showing up in the city link system when i got an email from aria saying they took it yesterday.

It looks like they did pick it up yesterday, but they don't process any of them until Monday. So any orders collected after Friday cut off, and on Sat, Sun are treated like orders collected on monday :)
