I looked online for a PS3 demo the other day but couldn't find one on the sony store :(
I've just completed RFG. Now I intend to play Gears of War on the 360. I've never completed Act 1 on that, simply because it wouldn't save. Now I have a hard drive for it though.
I'll probably get the MW2 demo too, so I can try before I buy. I still have a GAME gift card from my birthday.
any pics of the kitchen Mat?
i've been decorating the house all week, finished last night. I'll be glad not to see another paint brush and roller for a while!
you debadging the Polo? what kind of grill/mods etc?
I've seen a HID light kit on the bay for £40, really tempted! dark nights and rain = HID WIN!
Self fitted, non self levelling HIDs = MOT fail + fine if caught..

My current lights have motor control on the dash, in theory if the HID is same size bulb ie. H7 they could be levelled?
By demo I mean 'demo' ;)
hahahahahahahahahaha :chairfall:

Will post some over the weekend.
Not dedadging, Just fitting OEM GTI top and lower grilles, Plus a few bits inside like Audi TT pedels, Trim work etc:lol:

I've got a feeling its not as simple as that though.. :| :(
Not just a bulb change sadly, Needs different wiring etc and a controll box.
Ive got nice VW bulbs (Not HID) and they have a VW logo on the end of them.
The 911 has HID and yes its great when your driving the car but blinding when your coming in the other direction!
Thats what I was getting at.. Self levelling for HIDs is a whole different thing than just the ability to move them up and down..
And they are a completely different type of bulb which wont work in the normal bulb slots.. The closest you'll get to HIDs which plug straight in to the current setup are something like Xenon bulbs..
I was thinking of something like this, but i'm concerned about the MOT now LOL

Crap lighting in my unit and it was just as bad outside today.
Managed to take a chunk out of my finger, Not sure how to heal it:cry
Damn these modern cars, Everything is held on by somthing else, Nearly ended up taking the bumper off but just gave them a good pull and it came away with me falling over and ending up under the T5 parked in front of it:swear:

Wonderlust does have a point, however insignificant it may seem, it's worth telling them, could save you alot of money at the end of the day.
I hope you guys are joking, Its a mesh grille! Its a genuine VW part and improves no performance.
Ive been on VW forums for a tidy few years and its never been asked about somthing minor like that.
It costs £25 to change 1 thing on my insurance, Sod that. They would laugh at me if i told them.
It can affect your insurance.. A friend of mine had a Golf Driver, and they wanted to put a GTi grille on the front of it and the insurance company said they would have to pay extra cos it made the car more nickable!
Pretty shocking, but it happened...!
Haha, I can see where they are coming from. I will take the chance though.
Anyway, Kitchen pics for Coiler.
Corian worktop should be in by the weekend, Just waiting on a few panels and trim missing like the fridge doors to finish off the feature wall. They sent 50/50 doors when its a 70/30:rofl:
Had to rip the sink out to move plumbing
First unit going in.
http://www.addy.co.uk/images/kitchen/DSC00160%20(Medium).JPG
Added inline valves and flex pipe so we dont have to turn the water off when we connect the new sink & Tap.
http://www.addy.co.uk/images/kitchen/DSC00162%20(Medium).JPG
Added taps to turn off the dishwasher & washing machine if needed to.
http://www.addy.co.uk/images/kitchen/DSC00161%20(Medium).JPG
Sink out, But feature wall nearly done behind it.
http://www.addy.co.uk/images/kitchen/DSC00163%20(Medium).JPG
Most of the base units in and screwed sidewards or against the wall. Just the hob unit and a couple of curved units to fix in.
Temp installed the hob unit, Funny induction thing.

Installed wall units Saturday, Went in a dream even though the wall is not straight even being a new build. (They never are!)
Still waiting for a curved base unit to go beside the wine fridge.
http://www.addy.co.uk/images/kitchen/DSC00166%20(Medium).JPG
And finally centre island/breakfast bar stand in with end panels on, Not fixed as not quite sure on the position. Nice curved bit of oak going on this one.

Done pretty much everything in there, Plastering, Some electrics, Plumbing, Layed the floor (Never again)
Must have saved yourself a ton doing all that yourself! Very impressive, I wish I knew how to do all those things.

So do i!
Its pretty simple, Prep is the main thing. Like the floor took a week just to get it nearly level and then a couple of coats of pure PVA on it. Which reminds me, Ive got loads of that left over. Might make an art attack with it later:lol:
Saved £1000's on just the floor i think. Tiles were £1500-2000 anyway!
Matt how much did the Grill cost? looks rather swish!
If you ever had an insureance inspector coming round after a crash etc, swap it back LOL
Looks well impressive the kitchen! I honestly wouldn't know where to begin haha
Who planned it all for you? Love the chunky silver handles etc, very contempory.
I suppose if it was all flat assembly then just rawplug and attach to correct bit of wall i'd be ok, but then you've got the electrics, plumbling etc :ss
I just put some lino down in my kitchen black tile white grout style looks 100% better than the previous grey with sparkly silver industrial style stuff  only cost £70 too. Can't beat real tile though
ps. think this is a record of matvw pics when promised :D
Top grille was about £40 after my discount, The bottom 3 were about £70 from Hong Kong. They are genuine VW Germany but it seems you cant get them over here as the proper GTI's just had the slats like it was originally.
It now looks like a mini Golf:lol:
Got a service on it Wednesday, Ive asked for a new Polo to "test" it Snigger
Kitchen has had about 10 different plans...
All desigined by me though using kitchen design software (Torrent) and then converted to a .dwg so the machines can read it. They give you a final plan and they just press a button, Makes the holes for everything and you end up with a flat pack. But they put it all together too. The software was £18k on its own:drool:
My dad used to be a sparky 10+ years agao but its somthing you dont forget so he knew most of it. Still got someone in to do the major stuff though. Needed a new 10mm cable in for the induction hob, It goes up to 10000KW:surprised:
I had a picture posting spree:clap

Looks very Audi'ish / R32 ish with those grills  Did the bottom ones simply clip in?
