Need some help with this little baby!

http://www.aria.co.uk/ProductInfoComm.asp?ID=21056

I bought the black version along with the 80gb Fujitsu Drive (MHV2080AT). Everything was going great, I formatted the drive via XP Pro into 3 FAT32 Primary Partitions approx 25gb each - movies on 1 partition mp3's on the second etc. All was fine until I plugged it into the TV when I noticed the device isn't picking up the second and third partitions. All I see is the first Primary Partition. The left side of the menu is showing the Root menu and the right side is displaying the files held on the first drive only, there seems to be no way to change the active partition. I've tried making the second partition an extended partition with a logical drive but still no go. Anyone out there actually has it working with an 80gb drive or knows how to change the active partition (making the partition active within XP doesn't help either).

Cheers

Oh and if anyone can tell me Tech Supports email addy I'd be grateful - either I'm going blind or it's cleverly hidden on the web site.

Forget it, found the answer!

I really must force myself to read those bits of paper that come with new appliances, manuals I think women call them.

HELP! I'm having exactly the same problem with same 80GB Fujistu HDD, Unit works perfectly with an old 10GB drive but I can't get unit past initial 'HDD Scanning' screen when connected to TV with 80GB installed & don't get any output whatsoever when connected via D-Sub, whichever HDD is installed?
This is getting a tad frustrating now

Anyone got any ideas ??
