This is my first Intel chip so it's all new to me
The best so far is 3.5ghz

due to the low multi on this thing I recon thats as far as possible, but i messed around with loads of voltage setting adding a little a time until i booted into windows.
Whats a safe CPU Voltage NB and SB voltage. The chipset is a p45.

Over the last few days its been running at 450x7 at stock everything. Is the few extra hundred mhz gained worth pumping more volts through?

Lastly is it possible to have a damged or stuck temp sensor as core 3/4 are never lower than 35/39 but core 1 and 2 are average 32/32. Load temps go up to 44/45 on all of them though???

its the extra 50 on the fsb thats tempts me as everest benchmarks jump up quite a bit ;)

Oh btw i when i have the cpu mulit down to 6x i can tighten the ram to 5-5-5-15 but not at 7x :S

500 fsb is good going :D

you might find you need to tweak some setting in your bios to go much higher.

pl was a setting that i found helped me get stable when i was running those high clocks but that might be countered by your slacker ram timings, i dont know.
