Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions a friend asked me to take a quick look at his pc. He said it was freezeing and sometimes wouldnt boot. I cant get the thing to post at all i took the ram out the graphics card and disconnected the drives no beep at all. With everything connected there no beep and all i get on the monitor is out of range. I tried a different PSU with no luck so i assuming the board screwed. Any one got any suggestiong i could try or could it be something else?

mobo would be my thoughts too m8 :(

have you checked all the caps and regulators for any signs of damage or foriegn objects that could be causing it to short?

Thanks for the reply and confirmation. Didn't notice anything on the board and I gave it a clean out when I got it was full of dust looks like its going to be a new board memory and chip for him.
