Beats a TRUE by a few degrees, i reckon if they had 2 mid rpm fans, one mounted each side for push/pull it would be a bit cooler still, or a 2000rpm
beast.
Looks to be pretty good, i reckon i would buy one at £50.
I did have the XSPC X20 kit, but the pump failed twice, got a refund in the end, that cost me £70 and was about the same performance as this.
Thoughts?
I'll stick to a freezer 7 pro for my next upgrade LOL
Haha the Freezer pro is brilliant, mines clips are nearly broken, not taking off the cooler till i get my next system.
Cheap watercooling is never good :( and if this Corsair kit is anything like their memory it will fail at some point within a year :thumbsdn:

Agreed. I think when it comes to watercooling you need to fork out a couple of hundred for quality kit.
That Corsair is just an incredibly low-end watercooling solution when for the same money you could get high end air cooling.

Yeah but it beats high end air cooling.
If you bought a Freezer 7 pro, with the £40 saving you could get the next few CPU's up in the range tho! cha ching

Good point!
Shame that corsair QC has seemed to go downhill in the last few years.. They used to be bulletproof for reliability..
i have had 3 sets of corsair memory all of it failed :( the 2 lots of geil i have had have been superb  am thinking i might get another 4gb of black dragon for when my windows 7 arrives :D
I just bought some Corsair memory but only because it was the only stuff in stock that matched the speed of my current memory :( seems good so far
I've still got some Corsair XMS in my AthlonXP system.. It used to be left on 24/7 and its still going strong. Some of the best ram I ever bought, but then that was 7 years ago..

run a memtest086 from bootable cd to put your mind at ease. If it doesn't have any fails it should run forever.

Yeah but it beats high end air cooling.
By a few degrees depending on the situation, and costs more.
Watercooling should be done properly or not at all
