This is probably my final build. Just comes in at £350. Just need someone to check if all the parts are compatible and will work well together. I won't be overclocking or anything, might use the overdrive tool.

edit: changed it for this. PSU and GFX card change.

image editing, little video editing/gaming, the hd4830 will be more than enough for my gaming needs. and the tricore processor should be good for the games + for any editing i need doing.
does the gfx card need a dedicated PCI-e connector?
apart from that all the bases look covered to me

I'm not entirely sure, here's the links.

Looks like it will need a PCI-e connector
Beneath its blood-red exterior beats the heart of a true warrior. The ATI Radeon HD 4830 features advanced multimedia capabilities, PowerPlay for energy savings, UVD2 for H.264 decoding and 7.1 audio output over HDMI. A single 6-pin power cable powers you up to full performance and two Crossfire connectors allow up to four cards in a CrossfireX setup.
And afaik, that PSU has a PCI-e power connector, but might be worth dounle checking :)

i would look to spend a little more on the psu, i know its for a budget but you need to keep in mind that your system relies 100% on its psu.....

i still think the asrock mobo i put in the other thread would be better too but....its your choice.
