Just been reading it again sounds like a long shot but you never know with MS they may be just saying that so they keep selling copies for the Xbox

You can't play FPS's on a console, they don't have a mouse, I've been saying this for years!

And to anyone that thinks they can use an analogue controller knob thing instead, anyone with a mouse would beat you in deathmatch ;)

Looks like MS and Epic has got a winner with this one they just announced Gears of War has already sold over one million copies worldwide in just two weeks

I love a good quality shooter. Haven't play Gears because I haven't got a 360 but I'm definitely going to get it. It WON'T be as good as Halo 3 though - fact. :wink:

Others games I can think off the top of my head I'm very hyped about are:

Alan Wake
Colin McRae Rally: DIRT (God I LOVE my rally)
Fable 2
Mass Effect (looks good fun)

I was on the Codemasters forum a few days ago and the admin said that DIRT is at least 6 months away. Did you see the recent screenshots?!

Fable 2, I'm guessing mid+ '07. The last I heard was that they are working on a 'revolutionary' dynamic battle system.

In my opinion, that was the best game of 2006.
Seriously, I still love it. I got it free with my 360 (Crimbo) and couldn't stop playing it for a week! Still haven't completed the story mode. I've been doing it chapter by chapter with one of my friends from school.

I love GOW so much, its so damn easy, but im too lazy to redo on a harder setting.
