Hey guys,
After just buying a new keyboard (V5) my mouse has decided it's a good time to die, well I think?
The left click button seems to not work when you want it to! Is that something that can be fixed? Or a case of deadmouse?
If it's RIP Logitech I'm very tempted to get a RAT 5, I saw a post last week where someone got one, looks like a good buy and would compliment the V5 I guess?!
Anyone know if it's curable or if I need a new mouse? Thanks
Can always open it up and have a look!
The RAT5 is a good mouse, although I wouldn't say it'll compliment your V5, which has a more retro look about it.

Logitech G400 or MX518
Razer Death Adder
Both great mice.
Logitech g500, this is what I shall say everytime the question is asked :P

Cheers guys, I did see all of those come up in other threads, I've got the 4 in mind and think I'll pop into a shop tomorrow and see if I can try them all out. See which one feels best!

I didn't mean that it would be looking similar... My bad! I meant that they're both Cyborg and therefore I'd be being loyal etc....
The RAT looks the most.... Interesting, but then the G400 has free delivery at the moment so is under £30! I'll see if I can give them a test drive tomorrow! :)

Ok thanks Themanhunt, I'm looking into the four mentioned apart from the MX518, that's a little out of budget.
I've just realised that I bought my Logitech VX Revolutions mouse 2 years ago today?! How strange! Done well I'd have said though.
The G500 can be had for £36, a bargain for how good it is.
Got a G500 for £36, well pleased. It's my first 'gaming' mouse, so I've nothing to compare it to, but it feels good, and has just the right amount of buttons.
Would recommend

gotta say (surprise surprise) get a RAT :thumb:
5 or a 7, whichever suits your budget, you won't be disappointed
apparently they're due for a laser upgrade sometime real soon (when is that Flash ?), so if you fancy one it may be worth waiting a couple weeks if you can (either to get the newer version, or to take advantage of the inevitable price drop as shops clear back stock of the older ones)

It might be worth looking at the SteelSeries sensei or the Roccat kone+ :)

Sidewinder X3 /thread.
No word on the updated laser, the RAT3 is first, then the slightly less popular RAT5, not sure about the 7 (best one tbh).

The MX518 can be had on offer for under £20 if you look around. Simply the best mouse I've ever used or owned.
